In the cases of poor weather, student sickness, student scheduling issues the lessons will be rescheduled, not lost. Students have one year to redeem lessons purchased from the date of the first credit card charge.
If you choose to enroll in recurring billing, you may cancel at anytime. You may obtain a refund for any lessons not taken in accordance with our 100% guarantee refund policy.
Payment for lessons can be done by check, money order, gift card, credit card, or debit card. We do accept American Express.
Lesson Pro Student Agreement
Part 1 – Waiver
The risk of injury from the activities involved in Lesson Pro lessons, programs, or events, including the potential for permanent disability or death, and while particular rules, safety equipment, instruction and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury to me does exist: and,
I, ___________________________for myself and on behalf of my/our heirs, assignees, personal representatives, persons under my guardianship, and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releases from any and all the liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in lessons, programs or events, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent of the law. I have read the release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by attending the lesson, and agree with it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I agree to assume full responsibility for all injuries and medical expenses incurred while participating in lessons, programs, or events.

Part 2- Weather, Sickness, and Cancelation
In the cases of poor weather, student sickness, student scheduling issues the lessons will be rescheduled, not lost. I understand that I have up to 1 year to redeem the lessons from the date of your credit card charge. Refunds will not be issued due to a change of interest, being too busy, sickness, injury, or weather. If my instructor does not show up, is .sick, cancels, or any other reason why the service is not living up to expectations, I will notify Lesson Pro. I will allow them to replace my instructor with a new one. If I decline their offer to replace the first instructor, I will get a refund minus an $85 booking and scheduling services fee. If I accept a second instructor, try a lesson, and continue to have any issues what-so-ever, I will be issued a full 100% refund from Lesson Pro
Part 3- Non-Solicitation
I agree that I will not solicit Lesson Pro employees or contractors to teach for me outside of the Lesson Pro Program.
Part 4- Authorization of Charge
