The World’s first skate park was made in California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next years. Now there are more than 2,600 skate parks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
