In the cases of poor weather, student sickness, student scheduling issues the lessons will be rescheduled, not lost. Students have one year to redeem lessons purchased from the date of the first credit card charge.
If you can’t make a lesson, please provide 24 hours notice. We will reschedule the lesson for you for another time. Within 24 hours, the instructor will use their discretion whether to count the cancellation as a lesson. Cancellations before this time will not count as a lesson.
If you choose to enroll in recurring billing, you may cancel at anytime. You may obtain a refund for any lessons not taken in accordance with our 100% guarantee refund policy.
