We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first skate park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
