Who We Teach in Black Jack
We have students of all ages and levels. Beginners, intermediates, and advanced will all improve in our lessons It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. The first skate park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our pricing for private skateboard lessons is meant to be affordable. The private lessons are about the same price as a class so most of our students end up doing 1 on 1. Our packages start at just $129.
