Skateboarding 101 Course Curriculum

We have students of all ages and levels. All levels will get something from our instruction. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. The first skatepark was made in California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
