We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. Skateboarding isn’t just for kids One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
