The American Skateboard Association has given our school full certification to teach. ASA also has given us their highest level of rating -Gold Certification. There are more skateboard lessons taught through our organization than any other school. We teach all ages.
What You Will Learn
Who?
We have students of all ages and levels. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970’s, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next few years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
