Skateboarding 101 Course Curriculum
Our Students
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. You can start skateboarding at any age.
About Skateboarding
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first skatepark was made in California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next few years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
