Our Students
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late.
About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next few years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
