We have students of all ages and levels. All of our lessons are 100% customized to your level and what you want to learn. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next few years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
