It is never too late to start. Skateboarding isn’t just for kids One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
