Who We Teach in Kingsford
We offer lessons for all levels and ages. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren.
About
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Not until the 1970’s, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
