About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. The World’s first skateboard park was made in California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateboarding parks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
Cost in Live Oak
Anyone from Live Oak can get into skateboarding at our pricing levels. The private lessons are about the same price as a class so most of our students end up doing 1 on 1. The price of a single session can be as low as $46 if you purchase one of the larger packages.
