Not until the 1970’s, the first skatepark was made in California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next few years. Today, there are 2,600 skate parks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our school has taught over 12,000 students which is more than any other school. Our school will get any beginner to be confident with all of the basics of transportation by the end of the lessons.

Who We Teach in Manitowoc
We offer lessons for all levels and ages. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
