The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. The first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateboarding parks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our pricing is for lessons in New Roads affordable. The private lessons are about the same price as a class so most of our students end up doing 1 on 1. The price of a single session can be as low as $46 if you purchase one of the larger packages.
