Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. The World’s first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Today, there are 2,600 skateboarding parks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
