Skateboarding 101 Curriculum
Who?
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. All levels will get something from our instruction. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. The first skate park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
