About
The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
