Who We Teach in Riverdale
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. Skateboarding isn’t just for kids
About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Not until the 1970’s, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our pricing for private skateboard lessons is meant to be affordable. The private lessons are about the same price as a class so most of our students end up doing 1 on 1. Our pricing per session is as low as $47.50 per person.
