About
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first skate park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
