Curriculum
Our Students
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

About Skateboarding
The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970’s, the first skatepark was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next twenty years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
