About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Many years later, the first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next few years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
