We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. About
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. The first skate park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. Many skate parks that were built in the next twenty years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
