The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Many years later, the first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Shortly after, the skateboard building boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late.
