Who We Teach in Socorro
We have students of all ages and levels. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. The first concrete skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
