About Skateboarding
The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. The first skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
