About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first skatepark was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skate parks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

We offer lessons for all levels and ages. Our customized instruction will benefit all levels. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
