The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Not until the 1970’s, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late to start.
