The American Skateboard Association has given our school full certification to teach. In fact, it has given us their highest level of rating -Gold Certification. We teach more lessons than anyone else. Our school has over 5000 instructors nationwide who have gone through our rigorous training programs.
What You Will Learn
Our Students
We have students of all ages and levels. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. The World’s first concrete skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
