About Skateboarding
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Not until the 1970’s, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Many skate parks that were built in the next few years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateboarding parks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Who?
We offer lessons for all levels and ages. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
