About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next years. Now there are 2,600 skate parks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
