About Skateboarding
The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan’t good. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Many skate parks that were built in the next twenty years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
