About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next few years. Today, there are 2,600 skate parks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

The American Skateboard Association has given our school full certification to teach. In fact, it has given us their highest level of rating -Gold Certification. There are more skateboard lessons taught through our organization than any other school. Our school will get any beginner to be confident with all of the basics of transportation.

Who We Teach in Fort Stockton
We have students of all ages and levels. All levels will get something from our instruction. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
