Skateboarding 101 Course Curriculum
Who?
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. All levels will get something from our instruction. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first skate park was made in California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
